Following your order, you can exercise the right of withdrawal without indicating the reason within 14 working days. The right of withdrawal expires on the 14th day from the date of receipt of the goods, proven by the courier.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify your decision by sending an e-mail to info@sararicciardi.it.
In order for the termination terms to be respected, it is sufficient to transmit the communication concerning your wish before the deadline. Regarding the return process, please return the product to the address indicated on the label that will be provided, specifying, on the package, the number of return that will be communicated to you. The return must be made within a short time and within the 14 working days established by law. The costs of return will be at your charge and the goods must be sent in its entirety and provided with packaging.
In case of withdrawal, we will refund the amount of the order, with the exception of shipping costs and return costs, without delay after receiving the returned product and verifying its integrity. We will proceed with the refund through the method you used at the time of purchase. This reimbursement will not count any additional expenses charged to you.
