When ordering, it is possible to choose between standard shipping with GLS by courier and pick-up on site.

The collection will take place in via Matteucci 83, 56124 Pisa, by prior arrangement by email to info@sararicciardi.it with Sara Ricciardi Grafica.

 

Standard Shipping with GLS

 

Delivery is guaranteed throughout the Italian territory, including the islands, San Marino and the Vatican.

Shipments are handled throughout Italy by GLS via Express Shipping, which delivers the order in 24/48h from the date of delivery to the courier.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated from the greater of Actual Weight and Weight/Volume Ratio.

The formula for calculating the Weight/Volume Ratio is: (Width x Length x Height) / 3333

Real weight or Weight/Volume Ratio up to 3 kg – 5.30 euros excluding taxes
Real weight or Weight/Volume Ratio up to 10 kg – 6.80 euros excluding taxes
Real weight or Weight/Volume ratio up to 20 kg – 9.30 euros excluding taxes
Real weight or Weight/Volume Ratio up to 50 kg – 14.80 euros excluding taxes

 

Supplements for shipments

Calabria and Sicily for shipping class above 3kg – 3 euros excluding taxes
Sardinia for shipping class above 3kg – 6 euros excluding taxes
Smaller Islands – 16 euros excluding taxes
Venice Lagoon and Livigno – 10 euros excluding taxes

 

In case of absence

In case of absence at the time of delivery, the courier will leave you a «Notice of passage» with the methods for withdrawing the package or agreeing a new delivery.

 

Order Management Times

The order will be processed in an average time between 12 and 72 hours, indicative delivery times are about 3 working days.

 

Delivery methods

 

Introduction

Deliveries of products ordered on www.sararicciardi.it will be made in Italy, San Marino and Vatican.

The products will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering.

The delivery of products available in our warehouses will take place (except in cases of force majeure) in 3-4 working days. For islands, it is possible that delivery takes place on the fifth working day, if the courier’s area of ​​competence is not provided daily. This particularity depends on the organization of the courier and not on the will and intentions of Sara Ricciardi Grafica.

Delivery times are to be calculated from the order date for all orders finalized by credit card or PayPal. Orders received by 3.00 pm will also be processed the same day.

For orders that instead require payment by bank transfer, delivery will always take place in 3-4 working days but starting from the date of receipt of bank transfer by our bank.

 

Delivery problems

It is up to the customer to check the shipments at the time of delivery, advancing the reservations and complaints that may eventually appear justified.

Sara Ricciardi Grafica, in line with the legislative decree 21 February 2014, n. 21, undertakes to make the shipments within the terms provided for in the General Conditions of Sale and, at the latest, within thirty days from the date of conclusion of the order, for all products available.

The reservations and complaints in question must be communicated to Sara Ricciardi Grafica by email, writing to info@sararicciardi.it.

 

Conformity of the products within 14 days after delivery

www.sararicciardi.it guarantees the reimbursement or replacement of a defective product or not corresponding to the order (incorrect sending,…) if the customer indicates the problem encountered and its decision within 14 days after delivery of the product.

In case of incorrect sending by Sara Ricciardi Grafica, it is necessary to contact the customer service by email and to list in detail the problems encountered.

In case of an error attributable to Sara Ricciardi Grafica, the return of the product remains the responsibility of Sara Ricciardi Grafica upon request by the customer.

The reimbursement of shipping costs is calculated on the basis of the rates for a simple delivery. Customers who are not satisfied can exercise their right of withdrawal (satisfied or reimbursed) laid down in the legislative decree 21 February 2014, n. 21.

After 14 the days following the date of delivery, any appeal will be accepted only in case of manufacturing defect.

In case of a return, the customer must return the product intact, accompanied by its original packaging and complete with accessories, instruction manual and any other packaging.

 

Delayed delivery
An e-mail will promptly inform the customer in case of delay regarding delivery.

In case of a postponed delivery with respect to the date initially set, the customer must notify it by writing an email to info@sararicciardi.it, to improve the quality of the service and allow Sara Ricciardi Grafica to carry out the necessary inquiries with the courier. In case the courier should instead declare to have lost the package related to the order in question, www.sararicciardi.it undertakes to send back the order to the customer.

Sara Ricciardi Grafica undertakes to make the deliveries within the terms set forth in the General Conditions of Sale and at the latest within thirty days from the date of conclusion of the order, for all available products, as per Legislative Decree 21 February 2014, n. 21.
